The pyrotechnics count drifts from what was actually fired

Blanks, screamers, and bangers get fired during a dispersal and tallied later, if at all. By the time someone checks the count, nobody can say which sighting used which rounds.

Munition Tracker keeps the count current from the BASH log itself: one dated ledger line per munition, with the person who entered it.

Keep the count from the ledger

  1. Name the base’s munitions

List the munitions the base uses and enter starting stock in Base Configuration.

  2. Log usage from the sighting

Rounds recorded on a wildlife sighting’s response are logged automatically. Usage can also be entered by hand.

  3. Record resupply

Add resupply as its own dated line, so the count on hand is always the sum of the live lines.

  4. Void a wrong line

A mistaken line is voided with a reason, never edited or deleted, so the ledger keeps its history.

What it automates

A count tied to the sightings

Each sighting’s rounds land in the ledger without a second entry.

Every line attributed

Each line carries its date and the person who entered it.

Corrections stay visible

Voided lines keep their reason instead of disappearing.

Straight answers

What if usage goes past the count on hand?

It is logged with a warning rather than refused, because the rounds were already fired.

Can a ledger line be edited?

No. A wrong line is voided with a reason, and the correct line is entered on its own.

Is Munition Tracker available at civilian airports?

No. It is an opt-in module for military installations.
